After you contacted me, we will discuss your subject, the size and the paper.
You will then receive an invoice with the agreed amount. Before I start, I will send you a sketch by e-mail and then start drawing. During the drawing process, I will keep you up to date with pictures.
When the drawing is finished and the remaining amount has been transferred, your drawing will be packaged and sent.

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from me by email with the costs discussed and the amount for the deposit (50% of the total amount).
By paying the deposit to the specified account or via PayPal, your order is fixed. The remaining amount is to be paid after completion and before shipment.

We can also discuss payment in installments.

The waiting time for a drawing varies from a few weeks to several months, depending on my availability.

If you need your drawing at a certain time, we can discuss in advance whether this is possible for me.

The photo should be of good quality, not blurred and taken in good light. A photo in daylight is best, as this shows the details and colors really well. You are welcome to send me several photos and we can decide together which one works best.
If you don’t have a photo yet, that’s no problem, I can help you find the right one.

Yes, absolutely. If you would like several subjects on one drawing but don’t have a suitable photo, I can put them together on my drawing.

Whether white, gray or colored paper depends entirely on the subject. We can discuss which is more suitable in your case.
A white dog, for example, will be much clearer on grey paper than on white.

For colored pencil drawings, I recommend white or gray paper; for pastels, colored paper is also possible in addition to white or gray.

Shipping is free for shipments within Austria.

The shipping of international orders depends on the destination country.

Each picture will be delivered in a white, acid-free mat.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer framing as this would make shipping very complicated and expensive.

If you have changed your mind and don’t want your drawing, please send me an e-mail as soon as possible. If I haven’t started yet, I can refund your deposit. As soon as I start, I will keep the deposit.

Yes! Vouchers are a great option if you want to gift a drawing but want the recipient to choose the subject themselves. Just send me an e-mail with the desired amount.
